As I mentioned at out last communication, we are sponsoring a lifesaving training community event on Monday June 16th. Starting at 6:30 there will be CPR & AED training provide to anyone interested. The cost is $35 which will be waived for Adelphoi members and guest. A certificate of completion will be earned. You never know when you may have to opportunity to save a life. I know I have personally performed the Heimlich 3 times on people, including my own father! I encourage everyone to take advantage of this free lifesaving training.
